It depends on the area that you are travelling in. As long as you have good Satellite connection in the area then you should still have internet connection however, the strength may vary as you move through different areas. If travelling along the same route most of the time then you should check the area on the mobile broadband providers website.

deppens where you are if your a close to a cell tower and how far the are apert from one another and you may get slow speed at times when you card switch from cell tower to cell tower.

I work for a medium sized transit company and the vans that our inspectors use have laptops with mobile broadband in them. They travel all over the city and very rarely complain about problems. Like all wireless connections, they’re bound to drop eventually, but it should be pretty rare.

However, you have to be certain that the area you are traveling through has proper coverage. If you’re just taking a bus through the city, you should be fine, but if you’re taking a train out of town, there might be areas that aren’t covered. It all depends where you live. You can always check with the service provider for specifics.
