Question by blue_lagoon: I have been having problems trying to pay on my card for 02 mobile broadband.?
Can anyone help pls? I never had trouble before but it just keeps saying payment declined and wrong card number.
Is the card number the 16 numbers on my card? Plus i have a connect debit card and am finding the list of cards confusing on the payment site. I rang the phone number that was given and 02 said it was a problem at their end and would take 24 to 48 hrs to sort out. That was 1 August last week and i still can’t get to pay.
Thanks.

Phone customer services and speak to someone. You could set up a direct debit, or pay by internet banking, phone banking. There are many options much easier than doing it manually every month.
The long 16 digit number is the card number.
I left O2 last year because I got fed up with their rotten customer service.

A lot of the time, most of the problems are coursed by poor communication, either the person at
the other end of the phone, does not understand what it is you need doing, and it can also be the
supplier end not explaining things properly. That is why,I always say go into the shop yourself
and sort it out, take any relevant documents with you also any bank details and see the manager
and get a private session and get it sorted,if they are unable to do it,get them to ring up their
finance dept.whilst you are there,so it is done with….
